What You'll Do
- Run residential service calls across Royse City and the greater DFW area.
- Diagnose plumbing issues on site and walk homeowners through what you find.
- Provide documented, upfront pricing before any work begins.
- Complete repairs and installations to code, warrantied and clean.
- Document each job with photos and notes for the customer file.
What You Need
- 2+ years hands-on residential plumbing experience.
- Valid Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Comfortable with residential service work.
What You'll Earn
Commission with no cap — 10% on closed tickets and 10% on installs, plus a $1,000 weekly safety net while large tickets close.
